Tremella fuciformis extract powder is a species of fungus producing white, frond-like, gelatinous basidiocarps (fruit bodies). It is widespread, especially in the tropics, and is parasitic on other hypoxylon species, that grow on dead attached and recently fallen branches of broadleaf trees.
