Description
Red yeast rice is produced by extracting, crystallizing and purifying the liquid red yeast pigment extracted from red yeast rice with ethanol or from the deep culture broth of red yeast rice. Red yeast red pigment is a traditional natural functional food pigment produced by fermentation of Monascus purpureus. It has multiple advantages of "nutritional, natural and multifunctional" and is worthy of vigorous promotion and application.

Usage: It can be dissoluble in water solution and water-based medium. To take meat as example, it can be added as the production needs.
