Chemical name: Magnesium sulfate
English name: Magnesium Sulfate
Molecular formula: MgSO4·7H2O, dry product, MgSO4·nH2O
Molecular weight: 246.47 (heptahydrate)
CAS NO: 10034-99-8 (seven water), 7487-88-9 (dried product)
Properties: Colorless columnar or needle-shaped fine crystals, with a cool, salty and bitter taste, odorless, and a density of 2.65g/cm3. It is stable in humid air below 48ºC and easily weathered in warm air. It is extremely soluble in water (119.8%, 20ºC) and glycerol. The aqueous solution is neutral and slightly soluble in ethanol.
Usage: Nutritional supplement, curing agent, flavor enhancer, processing aid. Additive for brewing, supplements magnesium in brewing water, serves as a nutrient source during fermentation, improves fermentation capacity; improves the flavor of synthetic sake (0.002%); adjusts water hardness.
Packing: Lined with polyethylene plastic bag, outer plastic woven bag, net weight 25kg per bag.
Storage and transportation: It should be stored in a dry, ventilated and clean warehouse to prevent rain and moisture, and should be isolated and stacked away from toxic substances.

Applications:
